Adding a Coach and Manager for a team
Click on Admin -> Teams and click on the Team Name.
Click on Add Staff in the top left:
Type part of the name, of the staff member you are trying to adding to the team, in the User field:
Select the Staff Member from the list displayed.
Select the Role from the Role drop down menu:
Click on the Add button.
The staff members are displayed at the top left when a team is selected:
You can add more than one Coach or Manager for a team.
The parents can see the contact info for their Coach and Manager in the Byga App.
You can delete a Staff Member by clicking on the “x” before their name.
